Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will grant you complete control over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this user-friendly GUI, you can create a new mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, activate e-mail filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails based on specific criteria specified by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply choose the email box account you would like to forward mails from, then specify the target email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the mail client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple e-mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
